Intelligence Agencies of Vietnam government uses remote/ satellite electromagnetic weapon to torture and maltreat me by liking bed-bug biting in most of night. They said to me for committing this crime "because they had to stand for bed-bug biting in Vietnam war against the United States of America and Republic of Vietnam before 1975. I am born after 1975 so I have to stand like them in past". It's swelled and itched.
