Terrorize My Mentalness And Spirit

Intelligence Agencies of Vietnam government uses remote/ satellite electromagnetic brain weapon to terrorize my mentalness and spirit each time I am riding motorbike in the street/ road. They usually project to my visual cortex that other motorbikes or cars make an accident to me. I am in extremely scare often to loose my mentalness and spirit.   

Intelligence Agencies of Vietnam government often commit this crime to me that violates Human Rights, Article 1 of Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT); and Rome Statute of International Criminal Court of the United Nations.
