Below is some information, lists, directions and maps to camp. Mrs. McKimmy indicated a desire to car-pool among a consolidated group. The scenario on the car pool and travel schedule table is an projected plan for travel. We will need to exchange cell-phone numbers and emergency contact numbers to have on hand among each of us. Further discussion on travel arrangements will be occurring this week.

Please plan to arrive on Saturday, May 22nd at 9:00 A.M.; Check-In will take place at Trout Lake Cabin
Events occur until 11:00 A.M. on Sunday.
Facilities: We have arrangements for a cabin with restroom in the cabin. Running water is available outside the cabin with water pumps. Sleeping accommodations are army style bunk beds with side rails. Beds may be pushed against the wall. Each cabin has a refrigerator.
Snacks and drinks will be provided at lunch time. However, you may want to bring a portable coffee pot, coffee/tea, condiments and snacks for yourself.
Car Pool Arrangements:
Mrs. Mckimmy has offered to drive a consolidated group. Mrs. Kearney has indicated she will be driving separately too. The drive to Camp D- Bar-A is approximately 1 ½ hours from Detroit.)
Mrs. Mckimmy suggested to pick up at homes: Judy/Tony Malbon, then Jill/Andrew Brown, then meet up with Autumn/Kyle Kearney in the morning just prior to departure and caravan to Camp D-Bar-A. She has a van for car-pooling. The table below is an approximate scenario for travel.
