13. I Finally Ruin the Conversation

Scott,

I can't imagine how I can ever respond to all that you have brought up. I would like to continue to dialog with you but would like to suggest a different medium. I am very heavily involved in another group on google called Atheism vs. Christianity (http://groups.google.com/group/Athiesm-vs-Christianity). You might try joining us there and we could explore your questions in smaller chunks. The group is very opinionated and diverse. But they are much more civil and respectful than the mob on talk.origins. If you would prefer to continue with email I will try to keep up but I am afraid I will just not be able to do it justice. But I would like very much to continue this discussion with you if possible though. Please let me know.

Oldman

Oldman,

I visited the Atheism vs. Christianity Google group and read your resurrection topic/thread.

I imagine you know this already, but you might find N. T. Wright's three volume series, Christian Origins and the Question of God a useful resource.

Thanks for taking time out of your schedule to respond to my questions and ideas. Don't feel like you're obligated to respond.

I've valued our 'relationship'. It has been time well spent for me. I believe you have helped me to ask better questions.

If I see an opening, and if I think I have anything important to add, I may try to jump into Atheism vs. Christianity. (…though I hope you will grant that I am not an atheist.)

How do you put it?

Until next time?

scott
