a. Owners. Each property owner in the neighborhood is a designated member of the HOA. There shall be one voting member only per household. The maximum number of members shall be 61.
b. Renters. Each renter shall be considered an Associate member and may attend meetings, but shall have no voting privileges.
c. Voting. Voting may be in person, by proxy, by absentee ballot or by electronic ballot, and all ballots must be in writing and signed (there will be no secret ballots allowed).
