Please continue to place your trash and recycle containers in your garage or inside your fence. Per our bylaws, trash cans cannot be visible from the street, except on Wednesdays, trash pick up day. Place bulk trash only during the third full week of the month beginning with Monday. Bulk may be placed on Saturday of the third full week. Please do not set out earlier than one week before pickup. Thanks!!

Rules from the Bylaws of the Legends at North Shore:
1. Park Rules such as, absolutely no glass on the premises; tidy up the area after use of the park; pick up all trash; respect the foliage, trees, and shrubs at the park are some of the rules. Have fun!
2. Blow and pick-up clippings after mowing. Lazy mowing causes the clippings to blow into other yards and into the sewer drains.
3. Place loose items in a bag to keep the trash from blowing out of containers and into Neighbors’ lawns.
4. Continue to keep trash containers out of view from the street. It is acceptable to put trash containers by the curb the evening before the day of pick-up and return to their out of view storage by the next morning (see City of Portland website for pick-up and return schedule). If containers can be seen from the street, the side, or in front of the garage, they are not out of view. Place behind a partition, inside the gate, or in your garage.
5. Bulk trash may be placed by the curb no earlier than Saturday of the 3rd week of each month. See City of Portland website for actual date of bulk trash pickup.
6. Continue to keep lawns mowed and manicured at all times.
7. All pets must be on a leash at the park area. If your pet has an accident, pick-up the feces and dispose of it.
8. Inoperable vehicles, utility trailers, boats, RV's are not allowed
in the driveway. See the RC’s for other restrictions and violations.
9. When not in use, put up kids’ bikes, skateboards, toys, lawn equipment, bags of materials. Keep front yards and driveways free of clutter.
10. Thieves are lurking around the neighborhood, lock cars, take in valuable items from the car, lock doors, close your garage door and at night, turn outside lights on.
