Course Description: Gr.12 design students are exposed to complicated design problems, and work within much larger and detail oriented assignments. Students are expected to back up their creativity with sound logic, and present their ideas utilizing the skills and tools that have been developed over the previous two courses. Students are encouraged to explore possible design pathways and/or reflect on the transferable skills they now carry with them. Students are provided opportunities to enter design competitions, earn scholarships and test their abilities. This is an exciting year, as the hard work put in now begins to shine through their work. Example projects: Tiny House, Cargotecture, Toy design, Modern Shed, 3D printed Desk organizer, Bus Shelter and more!
