Musical Sudoku

Musical Sudoku is a game inspired by hugely popular normal Sudoku with a modification that in it the numbers are replaced with musical notes. The notes are arranged in such a way that they complete a tone. The rules of the game are same as of the normal Sudoku, viz. no two notes inside a 3x3 grid or in a row or in a column can be same. When all the boxes are filled the program checks for the correctness of the solution and if the solution is correct the tone is played.

This was the first java application that the HardSoft group made. We made this project for both PC and mobile in the same order.

The team:

1> Vikas Kashyap and Sarik bansal developed the code for PC in JAVA.

2> Vikas Kashyap developed the code for Mobile in J2ME.

3> Siddharth Arora and Siddi Jai Prakash developed the music tones and the Sudoku puzzle for it.

The project was completed under the able guidance of prof D V Gadre.
