Post date: Aug 10, 2016 4:59:12 PM

Experts have arrived the following consensus findings:

1. A combination of aerobic exercise, strength training, and active lifestyle (no weekend warrior!) can likely delay cognitive decline associated with aging.

2. There is currently insufficient evidence to support that exercise alone can prevent the onset of Alzheimer's disease or other related dementias.
