I'm living this every day (ISTE-C Standard 5. Digital Citizenship)
There are many ways in which I already do this in my work.

a. Model and promote strategies for achieving equitable access to digital tools and resources and technology-related best practices for all students and teachers
This is a major part of my job. In our professional learning, we have teachers using technology tools which they can use with students and we discuss both technical and pedagogical aspects of using technology. Our Leaders Network is informed and empowered to be advocates for themselves and their students.
b. Model and facilitate safe, healthy, legal, and ethical uses of digital information and technologies
We provide our teachers with resources like Common Sense Media and I have a Digital Citizenship webinar in our Camp 21 course. I am in the process of updating this webinar and moving it to an Office Mix.
c. Model and promote diversity, cultural understanding, and global awareness by using digital age communication and collaboration tools to interact locally and globally with students, peers, parents, and the larger community
I teach a technology workshop (syllabus) each year at the University of Nevada Reno to international teachers through the Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program, which is a US Dept.of State and IREX diplomacy program. We continue to communicate about how they are applying their learning with their students.
