Rally Rabbit Setup

First, be sure you have loaded the latest version of Rally Rabbit 2 from the Play store or App store. It's free.

Be sure you say YES to any questions it may ask you as it needs constant access to GPS. Because of this, be sure to Close App when the rally is over or it will draw your battery down. It's recommended you have your device plugged in to a power source during the event.

The registration process has been streamlined. You will get two transponders. Attach them to a window with clear view to sky. There is no need to "log in" the MiRally.

RBK

You should have been sent a link the an RBK file. Pressing the link should take you to a screen where you are asked to launch an app. Select Rally Rabbit.

Different Browsers/mail clients work differently. On iOS, Safari should offer the open in Rabbit choice. Chrome will download the file, probably to your Downloads folder. If you have an Android you can go to the folder icon in your navigator view and open the file. A nice part about Android is you have all your rallies saved. The folder icon doesn't work on iOS Rabbit.

If you have iOS, I suggest created a file in the Notes app. Copy the links to any rbk files you get and store them here. Notes will always ask to open in Rabbit app so Browser is not important.

Connections

Select your odometer source. For most of you this is GPS Imperial.

Be sure to press the recycle icon to synchronize your clock with the MiRally clock. It's best to be outside so your device GPS has clear view of sky when you do this.

Calibration

Go to the Calibration screen. Press the three dots in the upper right corner. It shows  your calibration Current as well as all old calibrations. If you are using GPS, I suggest you select "Original".

Return to Calibration. Follow the instructions on this page to calibrate your odometer. Note the "Set Odometer to Zero" button. Remember to do this at the start of calibration.
