Urbanization Pla d'en Mestres

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND EXECUTION OF WORKS.

The objective of this project is the definition of the development works of the demarcated land within the partial plan Sector 18, Pla d'en Mestres, in the town of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona).

These works are:

• • Earthworks, earthmoving and paving new roads as well as all complementary units such as sidewalks, street trees, etc.

  • All works and installations necessary for the services and connections of all services: network of sanitation, water supply, high power and low voltage; Street lighting, gas, and telecommunications network (telephony and fiber optics).

  • Demolition and / or diversion of all unsuitable to new determinations existing units

For continued of the works of this development, the company:

• • It developed a partial plan was approved by the city and urbanism.

  • It realized the project,

  • It took over financing from beginning to end.

  • It built under the project respecting all the requirements of urban planning.

  • Finally urbanization was receptioned by the City Council of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
