There are many suggested motives for spying that an individual may have. In general, espionage carries heavy penalties, with spies often being regarded as traitors, and so motivating factors must usually be quite large.

There have been various attempts to explain why people become spies. One common theory is summed up by the acronym "MICE", which stands for "Money, Ideology, Compromise or Coercion (depending on source), and Ego" or Extortion (depending on source). Other explanations have stressed the role of disaffection and grudges, or of personal links.

Motivations

Money

For many spies, the primary motivating factor is the prospect of financial gain. Spies may simply seek to supplement whatever income they already receive, or may be driven to spy due to financial difficulties. Sometimes, these spies are detected due to extravagant spending of the money they receive. John Anthony Walker is an example of a spy who worked for money.

Ideology, patriotism, or religion

Sometimes, a person will become a spy simply because of their beliefs. These can include their political opinions, their national allegiances, or their cultural or religious beliefs. This was particularly true during the Cold War, when many spies were motivated by support for the ideological positions of either the Western world or the Communist bloc. Examples of spies with ideological motivations include Kim Philby and Klaus Fuchs (communist), Fritz Kolbe and Juan Pujol (anti-Nazi), Nathan Hale (pro-American independence), Harriet Tubman (anti-slavery), Ana Montes (pro-Cuban)

Coercion

Not all spies enter into service willingly—sometimes, a person can be threatened into providing secret information to another country.

Threats of injury or death are the most direct form of coercion. For example, Mathilde Carré, a member of the French Resistance, was captured by the Nazis and threatened with torture unless she became a double agent. Threats can also be made against family or friends of the target—Svetlana Tumanova was told by the KGB that her family in the Soviet Union would be harmed if she did not co-operate, and Ronald Humphrey said that he had helped North Vietnam in order to obtain the release of his Vietnamese wife.

A more subtle form of coercion is blackmail, with a government threatening to release embarrassing information about a person's activities unless that person provides them with secret information. A wide range of material can be used for blackmail—extramarital affairs, homosexuality, and undiscovered crimes have all been used for this purpose. John Vassall and Alfred Redl, who were threatened with revelations about their homosexuality, are both example of this type of spy. Sometimes, traps of this sort may be laid especially to collect blackmail material—Vassal was almost certainly set up, as was Clayton Lonetree, who was blackmailed after an affair with a Soviet agent. William Sebold, a German-born American, was threatened by the Nazis with revelations that he lied in order to immigrate. Sebold, however, quickly betrayed the Nazis, indicating a major problem with the use of coercion—the target has no real loyalty to their blackmailers, and will turn on them when possible.

Ego/Self-importance/Excitement

The role of ego and pride in motivating spies has occasionally been observed, but is often hard to demonstrate. In some situations, a person can be enticed to spy by the sense of importance or significance which it gives them—they cease to be simply a minor functionary, and are having a substantial, albeit covert, impact. This motivation often involves the target gaining a sense of superiority over his or her colleagues, whom he or she is outwitting. Furthermore, in rare cases a spy may even be motivated by the excitement of tradecraft alone.

It is possible, although hard to observe and demonstrate, that excitement and thrills play a part in the decisions of some spies. This is particularly true if they are bored with their life. Excitement is seldom the primary motivation of a spy, but may be a contributing factor. One notable example of a spy motivated primarily by excitement, however, is Christopher Cooke, who claimed to be fascinated with espionage, and who told investigators that he specifically sought to involve himself in spycraft for that reason.

Robert Hanssen is another example of someone who, though paid handsomely, decided to spy due to arrogance.

Disaffection and grudges

On some occasions, a spy is motivated largely by personal, non-ideological hostility towards the country or organisation that they are spying on. This may stem from some real or imagined wrong—a person may, for example, betray secrets to the enemy if they feel that they have not been given sufficient recognition, or they have been treated badly. Liu Liankun, a general in the People's Republic of China, is believed to have begun spying for Taiwan after being falsely accused of corruption and therefore denied a promotion. Another case is that of Earl Edwin Pitts, who, in defence of his espionage, cited various instances of alleged poor treatment by his employer, the FBI.

Personal relations

A spy may also be motivated by personal connections and relationships. In some cases, secret information may be passed on due to a family connection, a friendship, a romantic link, or a sexual relationship. In particular, the spouses and friends of an active spy may sometimes be drawn into the spy's activities—an example is Rosario Ames, wife of Aldrich Ames. The tactic of seducing a potential source of information is also well-established—for example, Katrina Leung is accused of using this method to gain access to secret FBI counter-intelligence documents.

Sex

USING YOUTH and CHILDREN are used quite often in TARGETING

I liken the use of children, kids, and youths in Targeting as the HUMAN SHILEDS and THEATRICAL PROPAGANDA PROPS that the Architect’s, Handler’s, Adult Group or Organizational Leader’s HIDE BEHIND in order ADVANCE their ADULT Agenda’s, Goal’s, Profit Motive’s, and most of all THEIR ADULT HATE.

1. Children, and youths without much living life experience are very impressionable, and easy to manipulate, by Professional Adult Operators’

2. Youth are underage, using them, in the case that something really bad happens to the Target, will only get most of these kids tried as Juveniles’, as opposed to being charged with ADULT CRIMES

3. Are good tools to USE as THEATRICAL PROPAGANDA PROPS to assist in spreading FEARMONGERING to the GENERAL PUBLIC – whereby, older adults would think it was necessary to PROTECT the CHILD?

4. Are used as Human SHIELDS to HIDE the CRIMINALITY of the ADULTS who are ACTIVELY and AGGRESSIVELY INVOLVED –

5. Use children to FIRE THE WEAPONS, in many CASES so that the ADULTS, the Weapons Manufacturer’s, the Researchers, and other Adults who are LITERALLY INVOLVED in the TERRORISM – can pass off the BLAME onto the Underage Youths.

6. That children, and kids know very little about human consequences’ to the human being they are using the Tactics, Techniques, and/or firing upon the TARGETED VICTIM.

BUT the ADULT FIGURES who INCITE these children and juveniles – are FULLY AWARE, AND COGNIZANT of what the HUMAN CONSEQUENCES truly are, but once again , will Hide Behind, and use, in many cases their own CHILDREN as HUMAN PROPS, and SHIELDS, SO THAT THESE FULLY AWARE ADULTS can ADVANCE their ADULT AGENDA’S, GOALS, PROFIT MOTIVES, and HATE.

BORDERLINE or FULL BLOWN PERSONALITY DISORDERS in particular

Anti-Social Personalities, Narcissistic Personalities, Machiavellian Personalities, Sociopaths, and Psychopaths

Not unlike Target's who are extensively Profiled, in some cases for a few years, prior to Going Live with Overt Targeting -

So, too, are the Domestic Terrorist Civilian Recruit's who meet, and exhibit certain personality types that make them PERFECT CANDIDATES for RECRUITING by the Domestic Terrorist Organization.

It is my BELIEF that ALL RECRUIT'S, in particular the CIVILIAN RECRUITS do in FACT MEET or PASS a TEST in order to be Recruited Into the Fold, and are more than likely told that THEY are special, chosen, are highly intelligent, etc.

But, I believe the TEST'S that are given to All Recruited Perps, is not to show that they are "SPECIAL" in the Normal means, but "SPECIAL" because they MEET SPECIFIC PSYCHO-PATHOLOGICAL PROFILES , which makes them EXCELLENT Candidates to be Recruited, that there are DISTINCT Pathologies about the Recruits that Must be PRESENT in them and that they;

EXHIBIT various Traits' that are NECESSARY in order to Target Innocent Human Beings -Without Question, Without Reservation, Without Remorse and most of all Without Regard to the Human Life and/or Humanity of the Targeted Victim.

It appears that IF the RECRUITS' are able to PASS the above listed CRITERIA'S they are instantly Recruited into the Fold of the Domestic Terrorist Organization.

As such what, "SPECIAL QUALITIES" they are told they have, really are not such "Special Qualities" at all for they FALL INTO THE FOLLOWING PATHOLOGIES

Antisocial Personality Disorders a.k.a. Sociopath and Psychopaths

Antisocial personality disorder symptoms may include:

Narcissistic Personalities,

Narcissistic personality disorder is characterized by dramatic, emotional behavior, which is in the same category as antisocial and borderline personality disorders.

Narcissistic personality disorder symptoms may include:

  • Exaggerating your achievements or talents

Machiavellian Personalities,

A Machiavellian is a personality type who is a cross between an antisocial personality and a narcissist, and someone who also has an extremely high sense of entitlement. The one thing that all sociopaths have in common is that they are "too much" to handle for their parents or anyone else. It's common to refer to them as unsocialized, but the dyssocial sociopath does socialize to the mores and values of a dyssocial outgroup, like a gang

There is an endless STREAM of WHO THE PERPS are, but from My own Experience in Targeting it is a combination of several different CITIZEN ORGANIZATIONS and/or GROUPS who are Psychologically Manipulated into Participation, HENCE - COMMUNITY BASED BULLYING.

The most COMMON GROUP BLAMED within the Targeted Community, due to their Christian Faiths, and/or Beliefs in some Higher Power, Not SATAN, these Target's tend to BLAME SATANIC WORSHIPERS.

They may be one of the MYRIAD of Target Audience aka Citizen Organizations Recruited to PARTICIPATE, but by NO MEANS the Only Organization recruited.

The best way to REFUTE this claim is quite simple.

If, it is COMMUNITY BASED BULLYING of the Solo Targeted Individual that transpires within the community they reside, and that Various Community Leader's, Business', Organizations, Groups and Individual's within these Groups are Recruited to assist in the Premeditated Human Destruction of a Solo Fellow Citizen. To include an entire communities COLLECTIVE SILENCE - then, by stating this premise - one would have to CONCLUDE the ENTIRE COMMUNITY WORSHIP'S SATAN -

SINCE, logic and common SENSE should DICTATE at this POINT for the Targeted Individual, that there is NO WAY - the ENTIRE COMMUNITY DEPLOYING COMMUNITY BASED BULLYING ARE ALL SATANIC WORSHIPER'S -

It should also stand to REASON it is more than likely A MIX OF PEOPLE WHO ARE OBEDIENT TO AUTHORITY, FOLLOWER'S and HAVE THEIR OWN INTERNAL DEMON'S TO SLAY, and CAN EASILY BE MANIPULATED by the LEADER'S within their RESPECTIVE ORGANIZATION'S AND/OR BELIEFS systems by the Slanderous and Libelous Propaganda sold to them, in order to manipulate them into becoming Vigilante Hater's who act upon that hate via Organized Stalking and Electronic Harassment.

In addition, if the TARGET is being DEMONIZED to APPEAR to be a BAD PERSON, and EVIL in NATURE, it would also stand to Logic and Reason that SATANIC WORSHIPER'S would be less inclined to HARASS, JUDGE or TARGET the Individual of PERCEIVED EVIL, but would be more inclined to embrace such so called EVIL PEOPLE - and would be considered by them NATURAL ALLIES for their Satanic Organization.

Now, if a Community is based on the PREDOMINANCE of Christian Religious Beliefs, and/or Strong in their Christian Faith, and they were RECRUITED BY PROPAGANDA as COMMUNITY POLICE - because they were TOLD THE TARGET IS EVIL -

It stands to more logic and reason that long before one can blame the Satanic Worshipers' - ONE would say the CHURCHES would be extremely involved in organized stalking of that Solo Target, since they have a fundamental core Theological belief system that dictates: GOOD/GOD versus EVIL/DEVIL.

Since, there are Christian's who also believe there is ONLY ONE PERSON/GOD who has the right to JUDGE HIS PEOPLE, then once again, it CANNOT be ALL CHRISTIAN'S -

The RECRUIT'S come from all WALKS, and Beliefs, to include NO BELIEFS at ALL - what ALL RECRUIT'S share in COMMON is their BLIND OBEDIENCE TO AUTHORITY, and their WILLINGNESS to buy into Propaganda, Smear Campaigns, Slander, and Libel of another Human Being, but most of all are easily PSYCHOLOGICALLY MANIPULATED by those who lead them.

The Recruit's may also be recruited because they believe the Target is racist, hate's their belief system, is intolerant, but in the end, what most Target's should come to realize, the only people who failed humanity and have shown their TRUE COLORS by having bitten the Apple of Propaganda, Slander and Smear of the Solo Target are in point of fact all recruited perps.

Instead of these Recruit's taking the time to use Critical Thinking or Thinking Outside the Box, they allowed the AUTHORITY FIGURE"S to feed into these RECRUIT'S OWN INTOLERANCE'S, FEARS, and HATE, and in many cases GREED to dictate how these INDIVIDUAL'S retaliate against the SOLO TARGET residing within their community.

Then, these same Recruit's believe they can PROJECT all of their INTOLERANCE, FEARS, AND HATE upon the SOLO TARGET without ever having to TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and/or PERSONAL INVENTORY of WHAT DRIVES THEM into a belief that they can use weapons and violence against an unarmed, defenseless Targeted Victims.

Hence, if a Target is AGGRESSIVELY RETALIATED UPON, you will find the recruited individual's have far more excess psychological baggage they wish to hide, than anything the Targeted Victim has.

If RECRUIT'S were dealing with their own Personal INVENTORY and SEEKING to MAKE THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL LIVES AS FULFILLING AS POSSIBLE, this would be what they would be FOCUSED UPON, and not bothering to WORRY about some total Stranger in the form of a Targeted Individual, since after all - there is no personal connection to them, other than what the Psychologically Manipulated RECRUIT'S MAKE IT.

The Target is not seeking to have every aspect of their human lives EXPLOITED - so other people can FEED off their LIVING LIVES - it is all the Recruit's who do this.

The only AFFECT the Targeted Individual has upon these Recruit's, who seek to destroy their living lives, is that which are in the MINDS of the Recruit's, not because the Target's have in any way, shape or form interfered or obstructed with these Recruit's true living lives.

There is not a Community that shows this much collective, Intolerance, Hate and/or Fear of a Solo Targeted Individual - unless their is the VECTOR of DISEASE that already resides within various People/Recruits and THE SYSTEM that allows for WIDE SPREAD DYSFUNCTIONS to BUBBLE TO THE SURFACE WITHIN THAT COMMUNITY, AND ALLOW IT TO COME TO LIFE.

The SOLO TARGET does not have the POWER to FORCE the COMMUNITY to RESPOND so NEGATIVELY to them. Members of the Community CHOOSE to do grave harm to the Solo Targeted Victim.

They are but a SOLO TARGETED VICTIMS', if the COMMUNITY CHOOSES to TREAT THE TARGET in such A HEINOUS FASHION, it become those within the Community who are showing their own true colors.

Sort of like the Snake of Temptation for those Christian's. The snake offer's EVE the APPLE but it is EVE who must make the CHOICE to feed off the Apple. The Snake of Temptation did not Force Eve to do anything, other than MAKE A CHOICE - INDIVIDUAL'S who buy into the Propaganda of HATE being sold to them by Psychological Operation Experts about the Target / Snake of Temptation, and when the Community Strikes out at that Solo Target, they have BITTEN into the Propaganda/Apple, but who later end up being thrown out of the Eden.

The Snake is nothing more than the Temptation of Choice, but in the end, it is up to the Individual's who choose to be Bite into the Propaganda/Apple, that become accountable and responsible for their own ACTIONS, or IN ACTIONS, as opposed to CONTINUALLY BLAMING THE TARGET aka the Snakes of Temptation, who was OFFERED UP to them by Professional Psychological Manipulators'.

The point being, if you really look throughout history, this same type of mindset continues to flourish centuries later, whereby the SNAKES of TEMPTATION is blamed for the STUPID CHOICES HUMANS MAKE, so they do not have to take responsibility for the choices they made to do harm to fellow human being.

If, this were a litmus test to Faith and Humanity from the Christian perspective, Like the Sacrificial Lamb WHO WAS JESUS, who was also Scapegoated, Sacrificed, and Hated by the People, once again -

The PEOPLE were asked to make a CHOICE - to CRUCIFY JESUS, or NOT? Since, the Bible tells us he was CRUCIFIED, it stands to reason the PEOPLE CHOSE to JUDGE, and then allow the Solo Target called Jesus to be murdered....

Since, the Targeted Individual's are NOT JESUS - this simply become the Metaphor and Litmus Test to Faith in Humanity. And, once again, it is not the Target who is making that choice - but the men/women who continue time and again to FAIL this BASIC TEST, and who continue to BLAME their Target of Choice for their own FAILINGS.

The point being, it is easy to target - it is hard to take responsibility for all the acts that were committed in the destruction of that target, and once those who begin to wake up, and realize, to even stop targeting, they will still BLAME the Target for the all the REASONS they were TARGETED TO BEGIN WITH.

THAT OLD SAYING - THE TARGET BROUGHT IT ONTO THEMSELVES, OR IT WAS THE TARGET'S FAULT, OR THE TARGET NEEDED TO BE TAUGHT A LESSON -

Therefore, it has nothing in the end to do with the Target, because they DO NOT HAVE THE POWER to force or make Individuals residing within the same Communities as the Targeted Victim to do anything. It is ALL about the CHOICES made by participants who have chosen to do grave harm to a Solo Target, who in point of fact has little to no connection to the living lives of these crusading vigilantes'.

Therefore, continually BLAMING the Scapegoated, Set Up Target and then Striking out in order to Destroy every aspect of the Targeted Individual's human life, is not the Target's fault as they do not have the POWER to make the RECRUIT'S do anything. The EVIL they inflict, is something that comes from within each individual who decides to align themselves, and then retaliate with such violence against the Target.

As a Target, the only weapon I have used are my WORDS to show my utter OUTRAGE, PROTEST, DISCONTENT, SORROW, and AT TIMES SHEER PAIN. Be it verbally, or in written words, but at no time during the course the almost six years of insidious Community Based bullying and targeting have I used any other weaponry.

The reason, I live in a Civilized Society, and believe one uses the Law to resolve conflict, or seek protection.

The diametric opposite transpires with all Recruits. They will use whatever weapons their Organized Terrorist Leader's hand over to them, and fire them whenever they get a chance. This shows that none of them has the true ability for conflict resolution, their mind hive is destroy, destroy, destroy.

Since, many of them are younger, they are LAST PEOPLE on this PLANET who have within them, this ability for CONFLICT RESOLUTION. These Recruits have a WARLIKE MENTALITY AND ARE PACK ORIENTED who only seek to DESTROY HUMAN LIVES.

This planet cannot sustain another generation of these type of people, who see conflict resolution as an inconvenience, and war and destruction of human lives, as the only means.

There is not a SINGLE RECRUIT who has the Capacity to LEAD NATIONS other than towards TOTAL and ABSOLUTE DESTRUCTION. if the Power Elite was looking towards these Recruit's as Future Leader's they have made the biggest mistake in the history of humankind. Now, if the Power Elite was looking for a way to SEPARATE these people out - in order to ensure the Planet Survives, then they have done a very good job.

Therefore, there is a significant difference between a Targeted Individual and the Recruit's who do the bidding for their Master's. The difference, the Target uses words, verbally or in writing, seeks out proper authorities, and other agencies to PEACEFULLY PUT AN END TO THE CONFLICT - The RECRUIT'S use whatever weapons their Organized Terrorist Leader's give to them, and fire indiscriminately.

To be real clear, about WEAPONRY - it is not only Kinetic Weapons, such as guns, bullets, batons, and missles.

There are also other Weapons of War called Non Kinetic/Non Lethal Weapons - whereby the Human does not sustain outright blunt force, and/or death. The Department of Defense also considers the following Weapons of WAR in the Non Kinetic/Non Lethal Weapons Arsenal -

Psychological Operations: Psychologically Terrorizing, Psychologically Manipulating, Military Deception, Computer Warfare, Electronic Warfare, Computer Network Exploitation, Non Kinetic/Non Lethal Direct Energy Weapons, and Domination of the Electromagnetic Spectrum are all considered WEAPONS OF WAR -

As such, when you look at the above non kinetic/non lethal weapons arsenal that can also be used, you will see, that every single Recruit' - has picked up one or more of these WEAPONS and fired it at the Law Abiding, Unarmed, Defenseless Targeted Individual.

Therefore, these Recruit's are under the false impression that because the Target did not die outright, somehow they have not been using WEAPONRY. I have found that there are three types of Perps.

1 Hard Core Recruit

2. Mission Offender

3. Thrill Seeker.

These are taken from the Hate Group breakdown as to the levels from which these recruits reside.

The Hard Core Recruit is someone who is fully indoctrinated into the Group

The Mission Offender believes in the Cause, and as such can be deployed to carry out Missions for the Group Leaders, at their request, and needs.

The Thrill Seeker, is someone not quite recruited, is curious about what is taking place, and as such will join in on occasion to carry out acts of Terrorism and Hate.

In all cases it appears to be about POWER and what levels of addiction these three categories fall into.

Basically, if you are a hard core recruit for the Group/Cause - you are totally addicted to the sense of power it gives you to terrorize, stalk, mob, intimidate, torture, and harm to the point of destruction the Targeted Individual.

The Mission Offender, feels the same sense of addictive power, but like to partake, but still has a small capacity to walk away and live in the real world.

The thrill seeker get's a taste of the power toxin, and depending upon how it makes them feel, they will move into the Mission Offender, or Hard Core Recruit sector.

It boils down to people who appear to feel POWERLESS in their REAL LIVES. That for whatever reason, when given a Target, a Set Up Negative Narrative of the Targeted Individual, and given technologies, weapons and techniques to use against that Target who has done them no wrong, it is as if because they have no other outlets to deal with their own feelings of powerlessness - they STRIKE OUT WITH ALMOST BARBARIC ZEALOUSLY.

Basically, since these recruits do not have the COURAGE to deal with those within or who have actually and literally made them feel powerless in their real living lives, they come together to get their FIX - by TARGETING PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR PRIVATE AND PERSONAL LIVES, or the REAL REASONS BEHIND why they need to EXACT such collective POWER OVER - another HUMAN BEING.

The ONLY LOGICAL REASON - would be BECAUSE THESE INDIVIDUAL'S involved. These Recruits either feel powerless, or have no control within their own, true LIVING LIVES - and in order to give them any semblance or power or control - They are told they can TARGET, BULLY, STALK, TERRORIZE, INTIMIDATE, TORTURE, AND INFLICT against Targets who have literally done nothing to them, or to their personal lives, or who they are as people - against someone who has nothing to do with them, and even if they do, the TARGET's are not the reason these recruits, most of whom are old enough - to know better.

Thus, the power and control it gives these addicted recruits - is also based on false beliefs - as, one does not need to have power over another human being, unless,. at some point there were people who made them feel that inadequate, powerless, or without control. Thus, they will exact barbaric means to control - becasue they have not control

What the Recruits boil down to are people who do not deal with that which is taking place in their own personal and private lives. They are mad at their cheating spouse, but cannot afford to leave, they were stabbed in the back by a co-worker, or boss. They got in trouble by a parent or older adult figure, or made them feel inadequate in some form during the day, week, or course of their lives they want to get out of the military but the military won't let them, their best friend did not invite them to a party, they lost their job, and can't find work, they lost their home or health insurance and cannot afford to pay for it,. something within their own personal lives that transpired - and these INDIVIDUALS ARE THEN RECRUITED TO COME TOGETHER - to TAKE ALL THAT PERSONAL ANGST OUT upon A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL - instead of STRIKING OUT - at those who REALLY DID THEM WRONG.

Mind you the Recruits will claim this is part of the problem the Targeted Individual suffers from, but in reality, by going to proper authorities, by speaking out about their targeting, they are empowered by their own beliefs and moral standards.
