I found out there are two kinds of Targeted Individual's.

EXTERNAL TARGETED INDIVIDUAL:

Are what the Majority of Targeted Individual's are the victims of External Targeting, whereby, there may be some family and/or friends who Target, most of the Overt Targeting takes place by outside sources. This means, that a combination of STRANGERS by they PROFESSIONAL RECRUITS working for the State or Corporate World, to the Citizen Organization's that are recruited into the Community Based Harassment that transpired against the Targeted Individual's, be it from your direct neighbors, and neighborhood, to public mobbing, harassment, and street theater in public settings. These Perps recruited TOTAL STRANGERS, who have NO VESTED PERSONAL CONNECTIONS to the Target, and are recruited on the Basis of this Impersonal relationship, and are used and manipulated into a False Belief that the Target is some type of Enemy or a Person of Interest and must be watched by the community. It is a FEAR BASED Recruitment process on the part of the Architect's whose job is to manipulate the community into this negative belief that the Target poses some type of Threat to the community.

In most cases, the Target does not have a criminal record that would merit such violent terrorism.

DOMESTIC RELATIONSHIP TARGETED INDIVIDUAL:

This Targeted Individual has no idea their newly formed personal relationship is a FRONT/COVER in order to get close to the Targeted Individual by way of insinuating and establishing themselves into the private and personal life of the target by way of personal relationships.

These Domestic/Personal Relationship Terrorist Perp's, are to Target their Mate, and if within close proximity to an External Target, to use the residence for gatherings of other Terrorist Perp's.

Upon infiltration within these Domestic/Personal relationship, their GOAL is to profile, then SET UP their Targeted Mate with some type of documented proof so the Target can be discredited at some point down the road.

This appears to be done via the use of some type of DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE, whereby the POLICE are BROUGHT in to handle the situation.

If, there is some form of Domestic Violence involved, it appears that the TARGETED MATE/FRIEND will be PROVOKED by the Domestic/Personal Relationship Perp, who will feigns innocence when the police arrive, but was instrumental in premeditated means of inciting the arguments, using aggressive provocation, slander, derogatory statements about the Targeted Mate/Friend, in the hopes the TARGETED MATE will Retaliate with violence.

It is the EXACT same 1st Degree Provocation Tactics used upon the External Targeted Individual's, only the Targeted Mate/Friend is within personal proximity of these Target's, as opposed to External, whereby the Terrorism becomes a NEIGHBORHOOD RITUAL.

The point is to ENSURE the TARGETED INDIVIDUAL is NEGATIVELY LABELED with something that can be USED by this State and Corporate Sponsored Terrorist Organization, to blackmail this Target, or by dropping charges so they will be coerced into providing them with services.

Generally, if the Target is employed with a Company of interest, they may be asked to spy on the Company, or use their access to Customer Account Databases, place a tracking virus via their a flash drive provided to them, so that the Companies system become compromised (STUXNET), or told to alter data of the names provided to them by this Terrorist Organization. They will be told to SPY on their Neighbors, commit Workplace Mobbing, and Community Based Bullying.

Basically, this Target becomes the most vulnerable to this State and Corporate Sponsored Terrorist Organization because they have been SET UP to begin with, so these Terrorist's can use them as their LACKEYS, while keeping Several Layers of Criminal Accountability away from them, and focused on the Recruit's, so as to ensure the Recruited Perps become criminally responsible, as opposed to the Architect's behind this Professionally Orchestrated and Well Funded Terrorist Organization.

The point, has always been to have built sufficient levels and layers of Separation, so that any number of Recruited Perps can take the fall, without the REAL TERRORIST ARCHITECT'S needing to take responsibility for what these State and Corporate Sponsored Terrorist have deployed against their own people.

If, the Internal Personal Relationship Terrorist Perp is able to get their Targeted Mate arrested, it will place a criminal mark against their name, that will be on record against them. This can be used to further victimize the Targeted Mate due to the fact that they were fully set up by a loved or trusted one Terrorist Perp, who was there not to benefit from the personal relationship, but to target and destroy that Targeted Mate.

The difference, these Internal Terrorist Perps get close for the purpose of Setting Up their Targeted Mate, from within. So, that they will be provoked into committing some type of violence, or verbal disputes so they can be ARRESTED and CHARGED with this Domestic Disturbance or Domestic Violence. Which, then LABELS that Targeted Mate with a literal Criminal Record.

The External Targeted Individual has not broken the law in most cases, and regardless of their overt targeting, makes every attempt to not cross that line. Hence, the need to BOMBARD the External Targeted Individual with a myriad of Terrorist recruits - in the hopes of Getting some similar label against the Target, in the same way a Domestic/Partnership Targeted Mate will be pushed.

The point is to GET THE TARGETED INDIVIDUAL LABELED, so they can EXPLOIT this LABELING in order to FURTHER TARGET the INDIVIDUAL.

This State and Corporate Sponsored Terrorist Organization are Master's in the Art of Compromising People, and will in many cases use the TARGETED INDIVIDUAL, as their Selling Point and Conduit, to recruit their Citizen Terrorist Perp's, who generally feel compelled to commit illegal acts of terrorism against the Solo Target.

Which is perfect for the Architect's behind this Terrorist Organization because now they have a layer to hide behind, but even more appealing, a RECORD of what each Recruited Organization, and/or Group or Individual's within has done to the Solo, Defenseless Targeted Individual. If, a Targeted Individual should DIE from their Targeting, there is no Statute of Limitation on Murder, as such the Recruits who caused the Death of that Target, are now on the Hook with this Terrorist Organization for the rest of their lives.

They have the names of each participant, and at anytime can NOW use it as a WEAPON against each one of these Recruited Perps, because of the Following:

A member of a conspiracy is criminally responsible for all of the crimes committed by the co-conspirators that occur within the scope and in furtherance of the conspiracy, regardless of whether he or she assisted in the commission of the crimes or was even aware of the crimes.

Thus, making these Recruited Perps the Snitches who become the long term Bitches for the State.

What happened, on Sunday, September 25, 2011

I was sitting on the porch smoking, not realizing a domestic dispute was taking place across the street, the dog a witness to this dispute, ran out of the unit, across the street and upon seeing me came right to me, where the dog sat as close to me as possible, because she was scared. Upon noticing this dog being so scared, I continued to reassure her that it was okay, and that she was safe.

Shortly after, a Police car arrives and parks, along with a second back up unit. Both male officer's go to the residence. I continued to reassure the dog that it was okay, while the dog continued to look across the street at the unit.

I left the dog on the porch, and went into the house. About fifteen minutes later, I noticed the Dog was still on my porch, and appeared to be afraid to return to its home. I, then went back outside, to reassure the dog again.

As, I was sitting there, one of the occupants was being taken, in handcuffs by the Back-Up Officer. This occupant looked over, and noticed the dog sitting by my side, said Thank you, and was escorted away by this officer, upon calling my name, it appeared this officer recognized the name.

I was still outside, when suddenly from behind the wood fence, I heard the other occupant calling the dogs name, and whistling for her to come. The dog refused to leave my side. I finally called out to let this occupant know the dog was with me. This occupant, then came from behind the fence, so the dog could see this occupants face from across the street, as this occupant called from there, the DOG STILL REFUSED to LEAVE MY SIDE and GO to this KNOWN PERSON.

Finally, this occupant had to walk across the street, up to my porch to get the dog, who began SHAKING as this occupant approached. This occupant/perp feigned concern, victimization, and sorrow while petting the dog, who refused to move. It was not until the occupant grabbed the dogs collar and nudged her to move that the dog finally went with this occupant.

What does any of this have to do with anything?

I have long since known that this particular occupant is a hard core citizen perp recruit for this Domestic Terrorist Organization, and while the other occupant was out working all day, this Recruit had any number of guests who showed up to do their neighborhood provoking, and targeting, with a myriad of DIFFERENT PERPS showing up, using that Apartment, and while the Arrested Occupant was away at work. This is the Citizen side of the property, that also houses Active Military, in particular a Unit behind the Unit that faces my Apartment and bedroom, that appears to be rented for short term to the United States Military, whereby, there is constant movement of different vehicles, that show up, then leave - ALMOST LIKE TRAINING SESSIONS -

This Citizen Recruited Perp in the surrounding neighborhood took GREAT PLEASURES in deploying a myriad of Provocation tactics, in order to get me to respond negatively. This Perp across the street, used the same tactics from a distance, as those who reside within the complex that I live have deployed, in particular the upstairs occupants.

What solidified this allegation into FACT, was how the DOG reacted to this person, which SPOKE A THOUSAND WORDS, and validated for me, regardless of who was arrested, this particular occupant did something so fierce the Dog was terrified, and refused to leave my side, or my porch to go to this KNOWN PERSON.

The entire Theater Episode conducted by this Perp, was for the benefit of the remaining officer, who was still on the scene, and this Perp wanted to give the false impression of her concern for the Dog - but the Dog and I knew BETTER, that it was being done to psychologically manipulate the Officer on the scene.

Late last night, the Arrested Occupant was bailed out of jail, and asked if they could speak to me. The Occupant wanted to Apologize to me about the incident, Thank me for watching over the owners dog, and then said, "YOU ARE NOT CRAZY"

Needless to say we began to speak, upon which I learned much, the most important was the very real possibility the Arrested Occupant is a Targeted Individual.

In what appears to be the use of these Domestic Terrorist Recruit's to insinuate themselves into the very private and personal lives of the Target, all the way to the point of setting up housing be it in an intimate relationship or friend/roommate situation.

Upon manipulation, of the Internal Targeted Individual, the Terrorist Recruit, will then come up with ways in which to set this Internal Target Up, generally with some type of Domestic Disturbance, or Domestic Violence, whereby, the same PROVOCATION TACTICS are used, but because the relationship is so personal, chances are they will be able to SET UP their INTERNAL TARGET to actually, physically strike back. Then, cry foul, and call the police to have that person arrested, so that they can be LABELED as being a person of interest, violence, or someone who needs to be monitored.

The reason why this became clear were things that this arrested occupant said about their personal and professional life, which is in line with most External Targeted Individual's, who do not have these type of intimate or friend based relationships who are setting them up, but are Targeted via External Strangers who are recruited to assist in the Domestic Terrorism, and Domestic Terrorist Activities.

The puzzle pieces came together. The occupant not arrested was from the beginning, someone whom I recognized while living at my last place of residence, who was out one early AM making all kinds of noise with their friends. I was woken out of a dead sleep, and a verbal confrontation transpired. This particular Perp said, 'FUCK YOU, BITCH" - which set off the verbal fire storm that came from me. Since, it was dark, though the area they were making noise was lit, it was the DEMEANOR of this Perp, that was recognizable when they moved into this local.

A Target is a Target to this State and Corporate Sponsored Terrorist Organization, the GOAL is to DESTROY the LIFE of their TARGET via CHARACTER and CREDIBILITY ASSASSINATION, in order to find ways to LEGALLY PLACE A LABEL AGAINST THEM by way of positing the Target is somehow a Danger and/or Menace to Society, by repeatedly setting them up via provocation, psychological tactics and techniques used to destabilize the Target.

There was DOUBLE DUTY taking place.

1. Me, the External Target whom these Terrorist Perps were assigned to surround via various living quarters in order to deploy their Terrorist Tactics and Techniques -

2. Their Internal/Domestic Living Target, whom these teams have been working to set up, and using to assist in the Community Based Provoking and Targeting -

Since, the best way to destroy the human life of the TARGETED INDIVIDUAL' is by way of Character and Credibility Assassination, by getting them LABELED - this ARREST, yesterday did that for this Terrorist Recruited Perp - by way of setting up their MATE, getting them ARRESTED, and now that Targeted Mate is LABELED with a criminal arrest, under Domestic Violence.

For the External Targeted Individual's like myself - there is no ARREST LABEL, but a LABEL the Arrested Occupant wanted to Apologize to me for believing, for confessing what they thought about me, and to finally say - YOU ARE NOT - they are SORRY for having judged me so harshly.

What came out of the conversation, was also the fact that sometimes LOVE IS BLIND. That I picked up on the negativity or bad that was coming from this person's Partner, immediately. Something, the Arrested Occupant had an inkling about, but chose to ignore this, and allow that Perp to totally manipulate her, to include the fact that the Arrested Occupant was paying the rent, and the Perp was living rent free.

The Arrested Occupant never tried to excuse their behavior, and knew they were provoked into throwing the first blow, did not boast, or take pleasure in it - but realized they had been PROVOKED and PUSHED to this POINT - what came out of it was the literal fact that upon this first blow, the Perp cut loose, picked up an object, then continued to hit the Arrested Occupant with this object. Upon finishing the beating of the Arrested Occupant, the Perp picked up the phone and telephoned the police to cry foul, and say THEY WERE THE VICTIM'S of ASSAULT in a Domestic Dispute.

Apparently, under California Law in Domestic Disputes and Domestic Violence an officer is required to take someone in, since the fist blow was struck by the Arrested Occupant, it was this person who was taken in and charged.

Upon learning this - It was PART and PARCEL, PAR for the COURSE, in the EXACT TACTICS used by this DOMESTIC TERRORIST ORGANIZATION which is to:

PROFILE, PROVOKE, GET THE TARGET TO REACT NEGATIVELY, SET THEM UP TO APPEAR TO BE THE GUILTY PARTY, THEN CRY FOUL AND FEIGN THEY ARE THE VICTIMS.

It all played out in real time, real life - and it was like watching everything that has been done to me - being done to someone else -
