Haralson County Scenic Byway

The Haralson County Scenic Byway travels along 5 paved roads in the Appalachian foothills offering picturesque views of farmlands, rolling hills & valleys, woodlands and local wildlife as it criss-crosses the winding Tallapoosa river. Perfect for afternoon and Sunday drives. 

Thursdays - Saturdays after 5:00 PM EST  local restaurant "Backwoods Steak House" is available end to a perfect evening drive through the countryside.

Another local on the byway attraction is the (Popular Springs)  "Dub Denman Canoe Trail" boat ramp location for floating the Tallapoosa River.
