Meeting called to order by Howard Anderson
Devotion was given by Pastor Watt.
Minutes from the April meeting were read. Pastor Watt made a correction from SW to SWCircuit. Motion was made by Mark Neumeyer to approve the minutes. It was seconded by Ron Eichorst.
Treasured report was given by Bob Henke.

Bob will send out a Thank-you card to each benefactor.
Shelving from Akins will be $357.90. Motion to approve this was made by Ron Eichorst and seconded by Mark Neumeyer. Motion was approved.
Next weekend Sat. the 23rd. Lert trailer will be at Adams County Speedway. They will be passing out water/brochures on the lert trailer. With a live interview on the radio about the lert trailer.
A list of names and phone numbers were sent out to everyone on our list.
Terry mentioned a phone tree in each church of interested people willing to help out in a disastrous situation.
If there is somewhere we would like to help out. Contact Ellie.
Debbie will contact Ellie to see if she can send out a list of who has attended Lert training by congregation. Official liability form, Medical forms.
Church reps could spearhead volunteers.
Debbie will email pastors to remind them to actively search for two representatives from their congregations.
Trinity possibility- Jim & Becki Hagen, Randy Roghair.
Bob Henke mentioned that another training was coming up. We could use another training.
Randy Roghair reported Ellie has a chain saw training coming up in IL. In Sept. He will check up on that.
Inventory was discussed. Quotes were given from Akins & Agri Vision. Mark Neumeyer made a motion to let inventory committee do the job. It was seconded by Ron Eichorst. Motion approved.
Howard expressed his concern that a 2 ton jack was too small. A 5 or 8 ton would be a better choice. The ladder on the list was a 16 ft. maybe something like a little giant would be something to look into.
Ron Eichorst gave a list of what has been donated.
12x16 & a 9x12 tarp, 2-5gal gas cans, 2 pic, 2 fire extinguishers, first aid kit, 2-50 ft. garden hose, 2-50ft. extension cords, 1 lg tub. 3000 generator by Guy Brace, 2,200 generator by Chad Wellhausen.
Cell phones/table.
Mark Neumeyer inquired on how we were going to mark inventory. Decided that the Inventory committee will mark all inventory.
Trailer update- 2 5/16 ball --trailer will be in Corning.

Trailer storage ongoing issue. Randy for Adams County Storage contact Beth Waddle it is 35$ a month.
Farm Bureau may have some basic first aid kits.
Pastor Watt will get a copy of a waiver for all volunteers to sign.
Wauneta Ritter commented that color coding the various documents might be a good idea.
Debbie will get a corrected lert manual to Diane Sunderman to see if she could type that up for us.
Pastor Watt will get a copy of the bylaws to IDW.
Mt. Ayre/service time/need someone willing to share about the trailer.
Nina Sturm was nominated by Debbie Dammann to be historian. Motion was made by Mark Neumeyer and seconded by Randy Roghair for Nina to be our historian. Nina consented to this position.
