Notes:
- Colour range of turkey feathers include: white, black, red, yellow, green, blue, purple.
- Feathers come in a range of sizes (larger = more stable but slower, smaller = less stable but faster.
- Check that the self nocks are not too tight on the bow string, if the self nocks are too tight it will split the arrow on release.
- Draw length is measured by the following method: extend your arms out straight in front of you, with your palms touching, measure the distance from your sternum to the tip of your middle fingers.
- Plastic nocks are available on request but are discouraged as being unauthentic.

How to Care for your arrows
Due to the use of natural materials, these arrows are not machine washable. Do not spin, dry flat in the shade. If they get wet and start looking manky, steam from a kettle or hot cuppa can help, followed by a gentle blow dry with a hair drier.
Do not alarm the arrows by discussing politics in front of them.
Once a year, or more if needed, feed the timber by waxing the outside heavily with a commercial pure bees’ wax and turpentine furniture polish from a reputable furniture store, and buff off.
Keep some mothballs in the bottom of the quiver to deter feather mites.
