Here's how:

1. Find and copy your barcode number on this document.

2. Go to stridetrack.com and enter your barcode into the box.

3. Press the Submit button and explore the chart of your progress!

Move your cursor to the end of the line on your chart to find your grand total of miles completed.

How many laps do I have left, you ask?

It takes four times around the track to make one mile.

A marathon is 26.2 miles. That equals 104.8 laps.

Your total completed miles x 4 = How many laps you've done.

So ...

104.8 – How many laps you've done = How many laps you have left!

Good work. Your teacher will be proud. : )
