The plat map shows the metes and bounds of the Association and its lots. The plat is an integral element of the governing documents because is shows certain restrictions, such as areas of some lots required to be kept open for traffic sight distance requirements, planting restrictions on utility easements, etc. The notes are critical to understanding the plat and should be read carefully as they can affect the uses of the lots.
