Architectural and Landscape Design Criteria:
If you are making improvements to your property, please be aware that you may be required to have Architectural Review Committee approval before starting work. Applications for ARC review must be submitted to the HOA manager using the Sunnyside Highlands Application form, see below.
Please add any additional sheets and documents needed to fully explain your proposed work, including color samples, material samples and descriptions, and scientific name, variety and common name of trees and shrubs.
In general, accessory structures, removal of trees, repainting, re-roofing, planting of trees and shrubs which grow taller than five feet require ARC approval.
