Sunnyside Highlands HOA Bylaws 4.5 (b)

Vacancies in the Board of Directors, other than interim directors, may be filled by a majority of the remaining directors even though less than a quorum, or by a sole remaining director.  Each director so elected shall hold office for the balance of the unexpired term and until his or her successor is elected.
