Daisies

Brighten up your cake with these dainty little gum paste daisies. Not only that they're super cute, they are also fast and easy to make!

You need:

METHOD

Dust work surface with cornstarch and roll out white gum paste very thinly. Cut out daisies with cutter.

Place on flower formers. Cut out the centers from yellow gum paste with icing tip # 10. Moisten center of daisy with a small brush and a dab of water and attach the yellow dots.
