Custards and Creams

Velvety smooth, soft and pleasing, custards and creams are easy and quick to make. Most can be prepared ahead, making them excellent for menus in which other dishes requires last minute attention. Fruit Fools are the exception; they must be made just before serving, but preparation takes only 20 minutes.
