Organic FET Based Analog Circuits fabricated on Flexible Substrates
Our preliminary objective is to fabricate a double-gate OFET transistor on a silicon substrate using
pentacene organic semiconductor. We have so far fabricated a few top and bottom-contact bottom-
gate OFET devices on silicon substrate using INUP facilities at IIT-Bombay.
We are also in the process of setting up design flow and fabricating analog circuits for organic based sensors.
This flow includes developing a Spice parameter extraction process.
