"This is the subject I have painted the longest and the one I was trained as an artist to produce at Art College. As with my Aviation work it has brought me into contact with wonderful people involved in some of the vital projects to conserve and protect the planet's wildlife. It has also gained me my reputation as an artist for which I am eternally grateful and a number of awards along the way. This in turn gave me the opportunity to repay the wildlife back by being involved in fund raising appeals for both national and international wildlife charities."

"I became involved with aviation some years ago when I was first asked to paint a Spitfire for a friend. The subject was entirely new to me as an artist, though I have always been fascinated by aircraft since childhood. Since these early days this field of work has gained me a lot of compliments and I have felt very privileged to have been involved with some great personalities. Both war veterans and modern day pilots and experts have been kind enough to countersign my limited editions. With their encouragement and advice my work in this area has developed and my own knowledge on certain subjects has increased to the point where I now know enough to be considered an expert too!" - Adrian Rigby
