St. Mary's Parish Council President Message

As many of you may already know, Bishop McClory has ordered a suspension of all church activities until further notice. As a result, St. Mary Church has cancelled masses until we receive direction from the Diocese. In addition, the following scheduled church events have also been cancelled:

- Stations of the Cross scheduled each Friday have been cancelled for the remainder of Lent.

- Ham Bingo scheduled for April 4, 2020. We anticipate rescheduling this event sometime in the summer.

- Religious education classes will be cancelled until further notice. The RE program traditionally follows the school schedule, and the East Porter County School District has cancelled classes until at least May 1, 2020. More information will be forthcoming as the school situation evolves.

- Fish Fry scheduled for April 3, 2020, has been cancelled. We are working on a process for refund of ticket money. However, with the order for social isolation and the discouragement of unnecessary contact and travel, this process will likely take place in late May. We appreciate your patience in these difficult times.
