- Some accomplishments
- Help organization to prepare holistically for closing down of local copper mine - the main employer in the area. As a result of my intervention this organization was one of only a handful business, NGO’s and government organizations that were buffered against the “sudden” closure of the mine.
- Change strategic direction of church from pastor based to member based. When left, members took ownership of running the church with pastor as an enabling leader.
- Local white community donated a fully equipped and modern church that seats 300 people to the local coloured community during the heydays of apartheid. Played major role in this.
