Activity Date: Saturday, October 22

• Scouts to report at 6:30 am for set-up of two tents outside of the hall. Car Wash is 8 am to 11 am. Breakdown of Event is about 2:00 pm. Plan on a full day
• We would like to ask parents to assist with car washing and ticket collecting.
• Church will provide coffee and donuts to scouts Saturday am before car wash. We will supply our own drinking water at carwash site.
• Church will provide water, hotdog, buns and chili for scouts at lunch.
• We will need to bring down four chairs from church music room for the use in hall and tables in back of stage area to set up under the tents.
• If people want to help they are setting up the hall at 3:00pm 10/21/16

HELP NEEDED

• October 13: Luau Leaf and Ti Leaf washing at 6:00pm in the Cafeteria.
• October 20: Lau Lau wrapping at 6:30 pm in the Cafeteria. All hands will be welcomed to assist.
