Troop 49 Notes

1. Field Uniform for all meetings unless otherwise listed

2. Attendance status is available on the 1^st meeting every month

3. You must text or email reason to Scoutmaster before the meeting if you are absent

4. A written excuse, signed by a parent/guardian, for missing an activity is due before the activity

5. $$$ means Patrol Dues are due

6. Patrol Finance records to be inspected every Parents Meeting night

Mandatory attendance- excusal for extreme circumstances only

Summer Camp – for all Scouts below rank of Eagle, must staff or attend

Church Bazaar – parents also needed for church car wash

Camp-o-ree - This is our Super Bowl, World Cup & World Series for Scouting

Roundtable: 1st Tuesday every month, 7pm, LDS Church on Kam Ave, Kahului

Council/District Meetings

Shooting Sports Committee, 6:30pm, Scout Service Center, 3rd Tuesday every month

Council Program Committee, 6:30pm, Scout Service Center, 3rd Tuesday every month

Activity Uniform = troop shirt & scout pants

Field Uniform = uniform shirt & pants

Full Field Uniform = field uniform with hat, mb sash & troop neckerchief
