Kanaio Backpacking Campout :: February 17-18, 2018

• Meet at Time and Location: Families will drop off Scouts at St. Anthony Café no later than 6:00 am – leaving at 6:15 am sharp
• Meal Details: Trail Brown Bag Lunch and Personal Trail Snacks; 2 L water.
• Other Details: This is a backpacking trip across the lava fields and a campout on the Vares property which is along the ocean; please plan accordingly. Scouts will discuss in their patrols the various details. Talk in your patrols about bringing in an extra pair of shoes.
• Transportation on Saturday: Take Scouts and equipment to La Perouse Bay. Because this is a backpacking trip, we’ll need a good amount of drivers as the Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters are walking in with the scouts.

Sunday, February 18, 2018

• Meal: Individual Scout Trail Breakfast (granola bar, pop tart, etc)
• Transportation: Carpool to Pick up La Perouse at 10:00 am and transport Scouts back to St. Anthony Café.

• Scout Pick up Time and Location: St. Anthony Café at 12:00 pm. Please be on time.
