Responsible for setting the vision, operating plan and practice for how Customer Value Group Board Area performs standardized Sales Forecasting
I work with a Global Team comprising of Regional Forecast Process Executives, Global Solution Area Business Partners, Executive Stakeholders and Controllers to bring shape and deliver on our Forecast Process. Closely partner with Enterprise Analytics, to provide mission critical Forecast Assets required to successfully deliver and execute the Forecast Processes from Board level forecast down to First Level Sales Managers.
Introduce Machine Language Predictive Forecast as a reference point for Sales Territory/Regional Forecast as well as Solutions Area Forecast for Cloud Bookings and On Premise.
Introduce the usage of Gen AI to enable greater weekly Insights using Claude and EKX as a way to quickly provide Executive Level Forecast Executive Summary and Dashboards that can drill down into Regions.
Engaged closely with Deloitte Consulting and Regional Forecast CoE to enable Deal level Forecast Simulators for Sales Territories and Solution Areas in order for stakeholders to simulator towards a Verbal and Range.
