OVERVIEW
I lead global forecasting and revenue-operations transformation at SAP, defining the standard processes, governance, operating cadence, and executive insight assets that support software-license and services forecasting from Board level through regional and first-line sales management.
I partner with regional forecast leaders, solution-area business partners, Finance and Controllers, Enterprise Analytics, and executive stakeholders to make forecasts simpler, more consistent, and more actionable. My work includes machine-learning predictive forecasting, GenAI-enabled executive summaries and drill-down dashboards, and deal-level forecast simulators that help stakeholders assess forecast ranges and verbal commitments.
Across more than 30 years at SAP, Cisco, FedEx, and in Singapore’s public sector, I have worked at the intersection of commercial operations, finance, enterprise systems, analytics, process transformation, customer operations, and supply chain. I hold an MBA in Management of Information Technology from Nanyang Technological University (Dean’s Honours List), a BASc in Electrical Engineering (Computer Engineering Option) from the University of British Columbia, and PMP certification.
