Venue – K2 Arena – Crawley RH11 9BQ (for the Sat Nav) Pease Pottage Hill, Crawley

Start Time – 10.30am

Finish Time – 2.30pm

Food & Drink – Schools to bring their own pack lunches and refreshments for the event.

Upon arrival – Select a section of the main stand to make your base and then let a member of staff from Sunnydown know you are here. Pupils may warm up on the track but can you please ask them not to touch the equipment for the field events until they are asked to do so.

• The 100m will be held in heats. Each School will run in their own heat with the winners from each School meeting in the final.
• Pupils may enter up to 2 Track and 2 Field events maximum although the relay doesn’t count towards this number. It is an inclusive event so any Schools who are short of someone to enter an event they may ignore the above rule. We would rather someone was having fun!
• If possible we will try to record winning times, heights and distances to establish some organisation records to shoot for each year.
