Fee's and Fee Information

Childcare Fees:

Daytime Hourly Rate (8am to 6pm) £3.60 per hour

Daytime Hourly Rate for 2 children (siblings) £6.60 per hour

Outside of normal hours (only available where agreed in advance):

Mon - Fri after 6pm & before 8am and Saturdays (x 1.5) £5.40 per hour

Sundays and Bank holidays (x2) £7.20 per hour

Charges for absence:

Due to child/parent illness/holiday/any other absence Full fees due

Due to childminders illness/holiday/any other absence No fees due

There are no fees payable if my setting is closed at any time

All core contracted hours are to be paid for in full. Should a parent drop a child off

later than contracted, or collect early, full payment is still due.

Late Fees:

Late collection charge £3.00 per half hr

Late payment fee (per day until the balance is cleared) £5.00 per day

Bank Holidays:

If a bank holiday falls on your usual contracted day, the standard rate remains payable.

If you require care, the higher rate will be due.

School holidays (Term Time Only care):

If you do not require my care during school holidays, but would like your place held

for you, I will charge a retainer fee of £1.80 per hour (contracted hours).

Additional Hours:

Additional hours/days used outside core contracted hours are to be paid for when

they are requested. These fees are non refundable.

Other Fee Information:

· Fees are to be paid in advance before the beginning of each month in

accordance with the contract.

· Early drop offs and late collections will be charged for!!

· Hours will be rounded up to the nearest half hour.

· I reserve the right to take up to 4 weeks holiday per year (no fees will be due).

· I will review my fees annually in April.

Invoices:

Invoices will be issued by the 24^th of each month for payment by the 1^st date of next month. If payment is not received by the 3^rd of the month, a polite reminder notice will be issued and late fees of £5.00 per day will be added to the amount owed until the balance is cleared.

Meals and Snacks:

If your child is in my care at mealtimes and you are contracted for 4 or more hours that day, meals will be provided.

Note: If your daily contract time is for less than 4 hours and you would like your child to eat with us, then you can either provide a healthy lunchbox, or I can provide meals for them at a charge of £1.50 each.

Please note: I do not provide breakfast.

Snacks and drinks are offered to everyone.

Payments:

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or standing order.

I would be happy to take childcare vouchers, please discuss this with me if you

would like to use childcare vouchers.

Note: If cheques are returned unpaid by the bank, payment in cash must be made immediately and I shall also invoice for any charges I may incur as a result of this.

Termination:

Four weeks notice is required to terminate our childminding contract.
