Our sign up deadline is March 15th.  However, we will fill spots as deposits arrive. We will consider applications after March 15th if space is available. We will also form a waiting list if necessary. 

Please contact us to check if a spot is still available and to deliver payment. Checks will be made to "St. Nicholas Church" with "2019 Service Trip Participant Fee" in the memo. If you cannot meet a scheduled payment deadline,  please contact us. NOTE: $187.50 total is due by April 15th. If you pay $50 at sign up PRIOR TO April 15th, then you will owe $137.50 on April 15th. If you sign up April 15th or after you will need to pay $187.50 at sign up.
