We may be able to provide a full refund.
However, it is also possible that the site will need to keep part of the funds to defray their costs if they do not have a participant to replace you.
If we are not charged by the ministry center, we can return the fees to you or you can choose to donate some or all of the fees to the service trip/project fund.
