65 points for Attributes, starting maximum of +10
40 + (INT+REF x 2) points for Skills, starting maximum of +7
No "career skills", build characters as fits the concept.
Two "Special Abilities", but Secondary can be no higher than Primary - 2
Don't use "Shadow/Track", "Hide/Evade", or "Submachine Gun". These are subsumed under Stealth and Rifle respectively. "Dodge and Escape" is also not used; see the house rules section.
Characters start with Neural Processor, Interface Plugs, and $1500 book price in any other cyberware for free.

Eve Quinn is a black marketeer and information broker, with a storefront operation on Glory Lane, the "Golden Cojones Pawn Shop". She has a taste for flashy guns and old cars, and drives a 120-year old Chevy Impala.
Jazmyn is a former "Killer Doll" assassin who got free. She specializes in the close-in quiet kill.
James Adams is a private investigator who has worked closely with Eve Quinn for several years.
A hard-bitten combat rigger from the former Amur Concordat, Maki grew up in a small town surrounded by wolves, bandits, and rogue warbots. Now he runs them for hire in Southowilson.
"Big John", Nomad
"Big John" Patrick is a nomad smuggler who operates out of a small Isolate community in northwestern Nevada. He acts as an interface between the Isolates and civilization, since he is mean and resourceful.
