For 9-11 year old girls, eye protection is required. Example, STX Women's 4Sight+ Lacrosse Googles at DICK'S Sporting Goods (dickssportinggoods.com).
Practices for 5-8 year olds typically include clinic instruction (skills focused) and light scrimmaging.
For our older players, girls 9-11, eye protection is required - noted above. Sessions focus is on skills as well as simulated game play.
David Wolfel is the commissioner and directs sessions with the assistance from a number of coaches, older players, parent and community volunteers.
We are always looking for new volunteer coaches, particularly for our boys program - your support is appreciated. No experience is necessary, just the desire to have a good time with a great bunch of kids on Sunday afternoons.
If interested, please contact David Wolfel at contact information below.
