Program is recreation focused: development of skills of the game, plus game competition practice, including leadership skills and teamwork.
Winter League begins in December and finishes end of February. Winter League includes teams for each of the following grades: 3rd/4th combined, 5th, 6th, and 7th/8th combined. Volunteer coaches assigned for each grade division team.
Spring, Summer, and Fall Clinics offered.

2026 FALL CLINICS
Join us for 4 clinics to help develop your basketball skills and prep for the Winter league.
Coach Cathy and Coach Robyn (from Coach Across America) will run the clinics with support from HoopGirls alum, Lily Adelstein.
Days/Times: Sundays 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Dates: October 11, 18, 25, and November 1
Location: Model Secondary School (MSSD) at Gallaudet U. (entrance at 8th & Florida Streets, NE)
Registration fee $25/session or $75 discount for all four clinics. Scholarships available upon request.
