Games & Practices

• One game a week on Saturday against other teams in the Surburban Friendship League.  Each player given at least 50% playing time. Half the games at home on Capitol Hill fields, half against teams in Northern Virginia

• 11v11 games

• Two practices a week

Volunteer Opportunities

• Each age group per gender is run by a Commissioner who recruits coaches, assigns players to teams in a balanced way, and sets game schedule.

• Each team has a Coach supported by at least one Assistant Coach.  It generally takes 2-4 volunteers to run a team and, while soccer experience is useful, many great coaches and assistant coaches have had no soccer experience.
