Locations

From I-395, GW Parkway, or I-66/Rt.110, enter DC on I-395 across the 14th Street Bridge using the middle or right lane. Continue through the curve to the right and then curve to the left. As I-395 becomes straight, use middle lanes. DO NOT TAKE the I-395 exit or the South Capitol St. (Nationals) exit off the right side. Move to right lane and take 6th Street SE exit to leave freeway to the bottom of the ramp. Go straight ahead 2 blocks and turn left on 8th St. SE.

Continue on 8th St. 15 blocks to H St. NE. Turn right on H St. NE and go 8 blocks(becomes Benning Rd) to 17th St NE. Turn right on 17th St. NE go 2 blocks turn left on Gales St. NE. Park along the right(south) side of street or in the parking lot midway on the right. Field is on the right.

NO DOGS OR PETS PERMITTED BY DC-DPR REGULATIONS EITHER ON OR OFF LEASH.

Additional parking in the parking lot at the east end of the field - access from E St. NE.

Return directions: From Gales St. – go to end of block turn left on 18th St. go 2 blocks to Benning Rd. Turn left - continue on Benning Rd(becomes H St. NE) to 8th St. NE turn left. Go to I St. SE (Barracks Row area) turn right on I St. SE. Go 4 blocks to up ramp to 395…follow it across 14th St. bridge…etc.

Soccer field is closest to 695 and marked as Ryan Zimmerman Field. When driving entrance and parking is on 90 H ST SW, Washington, DC 20024.

Kendall Demonstration Elementary School Gym

On the campus of Gallaudet University. Entrance to campus is on Florida Avenue.

GPS - N 38 54 32.46 , W 76 59 24.66 to parking garage entrance.

Go past guard house - bear to the right then left on Lincoln Circle Drive E - past the field house on the right. Note and heed many stop signs.

Just past the football field on the right, make first right on Lowman St. Go to 'T' intersection - stop sign.

Turn left on Switzer Dr. and go under a building straight ahead to stop sign. Turn right then zigzag up the hill to the top - see and park in the parking lot on the right. DO NOT PARK AOUND THE CIRCLE IN FRONT OF THE SCHOOL BUILDING (ON THE RIGHT).

Walk in the direction of the school buildings - the gym is on the left - entrance is between the buildings on the left.
