set to simple and try .020 first, then .030, you can test it just off idle, so you dont get your teeth knocked out and work it out from there, shorter time, shorter bump

point of reference im a th400, 3.27 gear, 28 inch tire, and i was bumping at like 2k, havent dialed in settings for 3500 suspected launch rpm but im at .0750 that is POINT, ZERO> 750
