SketchUp main download site. In addition to English (US), the initial release included French, German, Italian and Spanish installations. Japanese, Brazilian Portugese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Russian, Dutch, Italian Korean and English (UK) versions have since been added.
The MSI for the English version of SketchUp Pro 8 has been released. There will not be any technical support on distributing the MSI. But if someone is interested in using the MSI, they should be savvy enough to know how to distribute it ;-)
Ensure that Windows Installer 3.1 or newer is present.
Ensure that the OS is Windows XP Service Pack 2 or newer.
Ensure that Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or newer is installed.
Note: The regular install file (EXE) is compressed and is therefore much smaller than the MSI.

Alternative Downloads
If someone is looking for an older version of SketchUp in order to work with programs or other computers that only support earlier versions of SketchUp, try saving the file as an earlier version. SketchUp 8 will save down to version 3.
