If an image needs to be annotated, first create a Drawing document and then insert the image.

There are two places where images can be uploaded to the drawing workspace.
After the drawing is finished, select a Share option.
To get a URL to share with others, copy the URL from the browser address bar.
Add the URL to Add references or paste it in the paragraph box in the forum.
