Design printed on adhesive vinyl, same as the big menus, and adhered to 5 or 10mm PVC. Then fixed (extra) to the wall over your bar. OR the printed vinyl adhered to perspex, and slid into your existing light box, as a replacement. Various options. AND, of course, sun and waterproof!
