Reminders:
When you sign-up for a class, you MUST pay at that time in order to reserve your spot.
Class fees are not refundable.
You must sign up by mail.
Only CASH or CHECK is accepted.

Smoky Hill Class Policies
Fees:
Class fees vary depending upon the presenter. SHQC Members receive a discounted price.
Waitlist:
A waitlist will be created if the class sells out.
Location:
Please check the workshop flyer to verify the location for each class.
Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies:
Any member or guest signing up to participate in a class sponsored by SHQC must make a payment for the entire amount of the class enrollment fee at the time of registration. Registration is not complete and class placement is not reserved until payment is received in full.
The participant may cancel and receive a full refund if cancellation is received in writing to the current SHQC-VP/classes, prior to 90 days in advance of the class.
If the notice is received after 90 days, the participant’s fee will be retained by SHQC. However, the participant may arrange for another person to take their place at the class but SHQC will not be a party to the financial arrangements made between the parties. Original participant must notify SHQC-VP/classes, of the transferred registration before the class meeting time.
Non-Members:
Non-Members pay a slightly higher class fee.
You may wish to join SHQC to take advantage of the discounted class fee.
