Hey, sorry for that long absence. I get caught up in updating Mods and even creating them as well for rFactor2 beta that sometimes I forget things. rFactor2 beta is at build 118 at the moment and could have the next update in the next week or two. Less than two months away from the beta being 1 year old, and I don't expect the gold release within that time, but a lot of things can change I guess. I have to say though that it is coming along pretty well I think. Making Mods is still a bit of a pain, but the last one I made worked the first time out (Our rF2 Racing School - an rTrainer mod). No doubt in my mind that rFactor 2 will be a huge success. THANKS ISI (Image Space Incorporated)!!!

I do have an update to tell you in my flight simming. I went ahead and bought Prepar3D by Lockheed Martin. It's built upon the same engine that FSX was, but updated with better graphics capabilities to receive more scenery detail PLUS more frames per second PLUS other "addons". It is being provided as an educational software instead of an entertainment one, which I thought at first it was going to not go over very well, but one can ENJOY it for sure. It's a great addition to my flight sim library. On a side note, for those of you that have enjoyed FSHost and FSHostClient, just as FS2002/FS2004/FSX can fly together, now Prepar3D can be added to that list as well.
