Introducing the Programme
S@S is a complex programme, carried out by the Polish-German Society in Kraków in partnership with the Voivodeship Public Library in Kraków, addressed to the group of senior citizens. S@S aims at triggering activity of middle-aged and elderly people, creating conditions for integration and self-accomplishment through the acquisition of new skills, development of interests, exchange of expertise and experience, achievement of plans and ideas. Here you can find out more information about the activities of the S@S and its projects.
School of @ctive Senior (S@S) stand behind the idea of our project from its very beginning as Maria Lidia Jedlińska, coordinator of S@S, influenced shape and content of the project Senior on the Web. Also senior students from this Kraków based programme participated in some activities during the workshop, which was a great opportunity for both, the S@S students and our participants to share their experiences, learn from each other and just enjoy the time together.
Below you will find photos from the theatre performance and dancing class that was prepared by S@S seniors especially for our participants. More joint activities that took place during the workshop you will find on the page Intercultural exchange.
Attached you will also find the presentation of Maria Lidia Jedlińska about her programme that was introduced on the first day of the workshop.
