Motivation to involve in sustainable energy engineering came to my mind after four years working in an oil & gas company. The world would not survive if transition to sustainable way is not done while million of oil and gas are taken everyday from our mother earth! That moment, I desired to quit from my job and want to pursue a new direction in my life. I would say it was the right moment at the right time since then I got offered a full scholarship from InnoEnergy for two years of MSc Erasmus Mundus SELECT (Environomical Pathway to Sustainable Energy).

The first year (2011) was gone through in Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e) where I got a chance to study renewable energy technologies that differs from my previous background in electrical engineering. Wind energy, solar PV, Biomass, and hydrogen are some of technologies knowledge I got from this university. In addition, entrepreneurship is also emphazised strongly in this program which enriches me with a broader perspective.

In the second year, I flew to Stockholm, Sweden to study in Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (KTH). Here, I choose my to have a topic of thesis ''Absorption cooling technology in Swedish district heating''. I chose this topic since I believe that this technology is a big potential in the future.

I got some valuable experiences during my study period in establishing projects. Three of them are built environment Project (Study case in Tokyo), system integration project (Texel, the Netherlands), and eco quartieri per L'Italia (San Salvario, Torino). These projects helps me to know how to put knowledge of technology into practice.

In my free time, I go to practice Aikido, a Japanese martial art that emphasizes both physical and mental development. Finally, I always try to have passion in every little thing I do and in every little thing that happens to me everyday because I believe those are the ones that shapes me becoming who I am.
