Active and retired NEA–NH members may use Attorney Referral Service program for attorney services at reduced fees on legal matters in real estate, wills and estates, domestic relations, consumer protection and traffic violations. In personal injury cases, most ARP attorneys offer a reduced fee of 25 percent if the case settles. Members are also entitled to two free consultation sessions of up to 30 minutes each during each membership year.
Legal matters related to employment must be referred to your UniServ director, who will contact the staff attorneys. Personal legal matters in the five areas noted may be referred to the participating legal firms.
The list of legal firms participating in this program can be found on the NEA-NH Members Only site. Be sure to activate your new member card to gain access to the site.
