2_1.   Application form

Preparation and Procedure: 

1.  Read the contest guidelines carefully. 

2.  Copy the application form below into an email body and fill it out.  

3.  Take a snap shot of your handwritten draft written in Japanese, it does not have to be a final draft, as

     it will NOT be used for judging, it will be used only for application procedure. 

     You must attach it together with the application form in the email. Do NOT send in a typed draft.  

4.  Send it to sdjsc2018@gmail.com  Do not use our old year's email address. 

     Once again, it has to be sent to sdjsc2018 @gmail.com      . 

5. Applications will be accepted in the order of  arrival, provided they are submitted correctly. See note* also. 

Note*: This is first-come first-served base acceptance, however, each year is different with a possible excessive number from one school or a small number of  entries from one of the two levels (we have high school AND college levels) which occurs sometimes. The confirmation of your acceptance will be announced within a few days after the deadline.
